NEW INDIGENOUS RADIO IN DEVELOPMENT AT TYENDINAGA TERRITORY

CKYA is a subsidiary project of Tsi Tyónnheht Onkwawén:na (TTO), situated in Tyendinaga Territory near Belleville, Ontario, Canada. CKYA shares a unified vision with TTO:

Peace, strength, and a positive mindset are vital to our identity as Indigenous people. The earth continues to support and nurture our culture and language in Tyendinaga.

CKYA has launched an online test broadcast loop, allowing everyone to experience a sample of CKYA Radio. This broadcast invites you to tune in as CKYA transforms into a premier Indigenous radio station.

An FM broadcast is also in development! Stay tuned for the exciting announcement coming soon!
